Return & Refund Policy

At Maple & Ivy, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopmapleivy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If this applies to your order, please reach out with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order.
